Cross stitch diary, day 1

Well, here is how far I came today with the cross stitching of the new ‘mystery’ project. I am not going to tell you what picture I am stitching. But I think the brand/company that made it is called Permin.

You’ll see in a few days what the brown things are going to be. 🙂

I finished the picture from the earlier post in the afternoon, so I didn’t have much time to work on this one.

And as I wrote earlier today, the kitten makes it more difficult to be creative. She likes to sabotage my stitching by lying on the pattern paper and grabbing the threads with her paws… So most of the time I will have to cross stitch when she is sleeping.

I started with the lightest brown, then I made the middle brown and finally I started on the darker brown.

We’ll see how far I get tomorrow! Now it’s late, 11 pm, and I need to get ready for bed.
